I'm a systems thinker. It's what I did for twenty years in enterprise technology — break down complex problems, find every possible path, and engineer the best outcome. When I entered real estate, I realized the entire industry was broken for sellers.
Every "we buy houses" company I studied did the same thing: make one lowball cash offer and hope the seller was desperate enough to take it. There was no analysis. No creativity. No respect for the homeowner's actual situation. I knew there had to be a better way — because I'd spent my entire career finding better ways.
